We take pride in providing our customers with the most accurate information about our products. Our product descriptions are carefully written to detail the fabric, weave, and pattern of each product.

If you would like to learn more about our fabrics, techniques, or weaving process, please visit our blog pages on our website. You can also contact us directly and we would be happy to answer any questions you have.

The silk fibers in some of our designs have a unique luster that is enhanced by the reflection of light. The photographs on our website were taken outdoors in natural daylight using the best cameras available. They have not been edited in any way to give you the most accurate representation of the colors.

If you have any questions, please feel free to request additional photos taken in indoor lighting. However, it is important to note that the colors may appear slightly different in indoor lighting due to factors such as the angle of the photograph, the type of light, and the composition of the fabric.

The zari we use in most of our sarees is high-quality and has a soft, elegant
sheen. It is not the harsh, shiny zari that is often made of plastic or imitation
materials.

Sarees made with real zari or pure silver zari will be labeled as such in the product description. These sarees are typically more expensive, as the quality of the zari and the intricacy of the work are higher.

All of our sarees are woven with an extra length of fabric, approximately 0.8 to 1 meter, which can be used to make a blouse.

We apologize, but we do not currently offer any design customization services. Our designs are created by our in-house design team, and the process of making and weaving a handloom product is quite involved and time-consuming. It often takes many months of planning and input from several of our highly skilled experts.

However, if you are looking to revive a heritage saree, we may be able to take on a revival project, depending on our time and capacity. We would need to discuss your specific needs and requirements in more detail before making a final decision.

We only make handwoven products, which means that each piece takes several weeks to weave. In many cases, we only have one piece of an item at a time. Therefore, we cannot hold products that have not been paid for.

However, we do offer a 50% payment option for certain pre-orders with long durations. This means that you can pay 50% of the price when you place the order and the remaining 50% when the product is ready. If you would like to know more about this option, please get in touch with us through one of the channels mentioned.

We don’t offer Cash on Delivery on our products. But trust us, you will love the
